Our Story
Our goal to help restore dormant family farms in Connecticut and help revive our state economy by supporting a sustainable new h**p industry in our home state. The non-profit Connecticut H**p Association plans to work collaboratively with industry, government officials, and the scientific community to create and implement industrial h**p standards, certifications and regulations. • Educating and informing the public about the health, environmental, and economic benefits of reviving an industry that has been prohibited for over seventy years; • Building a community of individuals, businesses and organizations to facilitate the growth of the industry; • Connecting farmers, processors, extractors, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, brokers, retailers and consumers
