Build a shop they said, It’ll be fun they said. 😂 Plantation home update: this is gonna be an epic back yard and the place to be. I absolutely love it. Interesting building fact: the I-joist that Titus is touching in the picture; all the i-joist cost more than the rest of the building material for the shop. The outdoor covered space is AWESOME.

The Southern Charm is coming along! Now that the Sheetrock is up, I am loving this floor plan even more. 1800sq ft on main level is perfect! Old Jackson Brick, one of my favorites is on the foundation. Shingles: Black Onyx
