Home Front Fishing Home Front Fishing is a Non For Profit organization that provides help to veterans and active duty service members through fishing.

Home Front Fishing is an organization that will provide a relaxed environment for a veterans and active duty service members that are dealing with a stress related issue to go relax and fish on one of the local lakes. This enables the person to relax and talk to a counselor that will be on the boat in a confidential setting. There will be no pressure for the trip to turn into a counseling session

but the option will be there. The idea behind this is to bridge the gap between the veteran getting help at the VA or the active duty service member getting help on post. Here at Home Front Fishing we hope to reduce the number of veteran suicides and ease the impact that stress related issues have on veterans and active duty service members. We will be providing this at no charge to the veteran or family member that would like to head out on the water to fish.
