AYADD AYADD Outreach Center is to raise the awareness of Adolescents and Young Adults with alcohol addiction, focusing primarily on those who drink and drive.

AYADD Outreach was founded and formed April 2012 by Carl and Sandra Minor. They lost their son due to an alcohol-related automobile accident, which gauged their attention to the face that they do not want to see other families experience such tragedy caused by the abuse of alcohol. They set out to pursue the challenges of raising the awareness of the severe problems of adolescents and young adults who drink; primarily those who drink and drive. Adolescents and young adults involved in the consumption and/or abuse of alcohol experience negative repercussions such as criminal acts, health issues, accidents, and/or death. These negative repercussions lead to major problems with individuals, families, and communities. AYADD goal is to become a resourceful service that will serve as a voice to increase awareness of abuse of alcohol by adolescents and young adults and to provide counseling as well as other resources as an intervention.
