Our Goal Is Ambitious: To Empower, Support, and Educate our union members, students, and community. To Arm them with a voice to be heard on issues that impact their workplace, classroom, and family. To Provide knowledge, resources, and mo

ral support that encourages solidarity throughout the community. We are One Union, One Team, and One Voice. Together We Stand. KEA Strong! KEA accepts any employee of Killeen ISD for membership, regardless of position. We provide support for members in case of issues that may arise as part of their job duties. We also advocate to improve the general welfare of all KISD employees, interact on a regular basis with administration and the KISD Board of Trustees, and work to elect education-friendly members to the Board.
