Guiding Paws and People is a non-profit - 501(c)(3) organization based in Texas, dedicated to supporting underserved individuals, particularly youth, with animals, and people facing homelessness or any form of crisis with their pets by their side. We provide resources and assistance for people facing homelessness, financial hardship, domestic violence, and more, while also ensuring their pets are

cared for. Our mission is to reduce homelessness and animal abandonment in Central Texas, offering life skills courses, foster and adoption referrals, and financial help for vet services and other temporary assitances. At Guiding Paws and People, we believe pets are family, and together, we strive to create a compassionate community for all.

Monday – Wednesday | 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
✨ To ensure we can give you our full attention, we recommend scheduling an appointment! However, if you're in the neighborhood for an urgent need or item pickup, feel free to stop by, we’d love to help if we're on-site!

✨ BIG THINGS COMING FOR GUIDING PAWS & PEOPLE! ✨

We're feeling so grateful today.

Guiding Paws & People officially started on 9/16/2024, which means we are now 1 year and 4 months into this journey… and I truly can’t believe how much we’ve grown in such a short time.

We now have a roster of volunteers starting, a growing Board, and we’re on track to secure additional funding as we continue expanding our impact in the community.

To everyone who has donated, volunteered, shared posts, supported behind the scenes, or believed in this mission, thank you. It means more than I can explain.

I do not forget the people who helped us get here. Some were not able to be tagged but we seriously appreciate EVERYONE!💛
