NEXT STOP: GRADUATION. 🇺🇸🔨

The latest UBC Military Veterans Program cohort at Fort Drum is halfway through its eight-week pre-apprenticeship training, with graduation coming up September 17!

Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, these transitioning service members are building the skills needed to take the next step into a career in the skilled trades.

UBC MVP Instructor and U.S. Army retiree Jim Vescera knows firsthand the value veterans bring to the skilled trades:

“I am proud to help military veterans turn their military skills, discipline, and leadership into successful careers in the UBC. The UBC MVP program provides the training, confidence, and brotherhood to take on their next mission. The uniform changes, but the mission continues.”

With graduation just a few weeks away, we’re looking forward to seeing this cohort finish strong and take the next step in their UBC careers!
