Otaku Sanction Anime Club Core Rule Book
1: All club members are responsible for his or her actions. This entails behaviors at anime-fests and all other events. We, as the club members, are not responsible for you or your stuff. If your actions are and/or behaviors are disruptive and/or offensive you may be asked to leave or be discharged from the club.
2: O-S.A.C. is a nonprofit group; any money donated is on you. Stealing will not be tolerated and is considered a discharge-able offense. This includes property of the persons of the club and/or events. All property donated is property of the club and club members. Any property used by you personally is not club property.
3: Sexual harassment and/or sexual misconduct are not tolerated and are means for an investigation and/or discharge from the club.
4: Drug or alcohol use is prohibited at or in club meeting and events. Any use of drugs, illegal or otherwise, is not tolerated unless prescribed. Alcohol use is prohibited due to the fact that minors are present.
5: Club positions are by vote, not by dictation if you have any issues with a club member or club rule you must bring it up at all meeting or events.
6: Meeting places will very according to club member’s availability. We are not responsible for your ride, though if your fellow club members want to give you a ride it is up to you and the member.
7: This is an anime club there are minors and any anime showings are subject to inspection of content and or materials. The rating system does apply here, any material rating over Y for 10+, T for 13+, OT for 16+ are strictly prohibited. We will inspect all anime’s and content for he**ai or p**n based materials.
8: Otaku Sanction will not be responsible for any actions you take, because of you are not taking the medicine that is required for you to be functional in the club. If you are disruptive or fail to live by the conditions of the club core rule book, we cannot be held responsible. Otaku Sanction will give assistance to all club members with or without disabilities we are here for anime and believe everyone should have a chance. We do not discriminate race, creed, or heritage.
9: Any club members under 18 must have parent’s permission to join and go to events. No exceptions.
10: All members cosplaying must wear appropriate cosplay costumes, no nudity or flashing of any kind. All costumes are up to you and will not be bought by the club unless a budget is secured for a cosplay group buy.
11: All hotel budgets are too determined by the club president and treasurer; if you can’t afford to go to events then you can work out a payment method with the club treasurer and/or club president. No one is responsible for you going to events or you.
12: Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have permission to attend all O-S.A.C. functions and must have parental consent. The permission slips are for the protection and well-being of the club, as well as its members, there are no exceptions to this rule. Anyone lying or trying to by-pass this rule will be discharged and banned.
13: Any functions that the club or club president does not approve of, is not the clubs responsibility. Any use of O-S.A.C.’s name, club member’s names, and/or anime’s is strictly prohibited. All anime’s are subject to copyright by the creators and are only used in accordance with copyright laws.

Since my child is under the legal age of 18, I hereby permit my child to become a member and attend the Otaku Sanction Anime Club©. I have been provided with a copy of the rules, have been explained rules and regulations as well as understand them. I have also been provided with a adequate list of contact info and places for which my child will be during these events. I have also been informed of all the rules of the event and where the club members as well as my child will be staying if the event were to happen overnight. I have been left with the club president, vice president and all other officers of the club names, addresses and phone numbers.
This document is just for filing and I was not asked to pay anything, nor am I obligated to if my child decides to quit the club membership or attend events.
Club meetings and/or gatherings are held and I understand that I have the right to provide transportation to these meetings/gatherings and if I so chose too I am not REQUIRED to provide it if I decide otherwise.
Otaku Sanction Anime Club© assumes no responsibility for anything my child does on his/her own time. If my child breaks a rule or does something illegal it is solely on my child individually, and I have been informed that I will be contacted if that were to happen.
