We're excited to welcome Di'Sha Hanchett to the team!! 🎉✨️

Di’Sha Hanchett hails from Fort Worth, Texas, where she was born and raised. She is a former Six Shooter dancer for the Texas Rangers MLB team and has also cheered for the USA Cheerleaders. Di’Sha obtained her bachelors from Prairie View A&M University, and participating in The Marching Storm Band. Shes a youth advocate and currently is pursuing her masters in social work at University of Texas At Arlington. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Mu Delta Zeta Chapter

Our youth deserve safe spaces and the opportunity to grow into their future. Please keep everyone affected in your prayers during this difficult time. 💔

There are no words that make this make sense.

A senior. A child. A whole future ahead of her. Gone because someone brought guns where they never should’ve been.

A stray bullet doesn’t just hit one person…it destroys families, friendships, classmates, communities. It leaves empty seats at graduations and bedrooms that never feel the same again.

This should be a wake-up call.
Stop bringing guns to fights.
Stop making permanent decisions over temporary emotions.
Stop valuing pride over human life.

Today we honor a young life that mattered deeply and should still be here. May her memory be bigger than the violence that took her. 🤍

What happened inside that juvenile facility was bigger than a concert. It was conversation, reflection and encouragement.

For a few hours, walls, labels, and mistakes didn’t define the room. Young men laughed, listened, reflected, and were reminded that their lives still carry value and potential.

We’re grateful for every artist, volunteer, staff member, and supporter who helped make this possible. This is why we do what we do.

Until every young person knows they still matter…

No cameras allowed inside, but yesterday we had the opportunity to walk into a juvenile facility and use music, conversation, and presence to remind these young men that their future is still bigger than their current situation.
