We’re sending a big "THANK YOU to our Gold Sponsor, Aztec Pet Hospital!" 💜💙

We truly appreciate Aztec Pet Hospital for showing up for Families in Crisis, Inc. and supporting our upcoming "Bubba’s 33 Dine to Donate Fundraiser". Having local businesses stand beside us means so much, because their support helps us continue serving individuals and families in our community who are working toward safety, stability, and a fresh start.

And we’d love for you to be part of it too!

Join us on "Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11:00 AM–9:00 PM at Bubba’s 33 in Killeen". Come grab lunch, dinner, or takeout and make it a family day. "10% of all sales will be donated to Families in Crisis, Inc.", and there will be plenty of fun throughout the day with games, raffles, prizes, a bounce house, Nerf Wars, live bluegrass music, and more.

Celebrating 45 years of making a difference and be a part of the solution. Together we can!

This week, one of our clients gave our staff this beautiful note of appreciation. It was a reminder of why we do what we do.

The work isn’t always easy, but knowing that someone felt seen, supported, and cared for during one of the hardest times in their life makes it all worthwhile.

Every phone call, every conversation, every act of support matters. We may not always know the impact we have, but moments like this remind us that showing up for people can make all the difference.

One person. One family. One life at a time. 💜

Case management is the heart of what we do at Families in Crisis. 💜

Whether someone comes to us through our family violence shelters, outreach services, housing assistance program, or Friends in Crisis, our case managers are there to listen, encourage, advocate, and help each person take the next step forward.

Case management is more than connecting someone to resources. It means meeting people where they are, helping them understand their options, setting achievable goals, and walking alongside them as they work toward safety, stability, healing, and self-sufficiency.

Every person’s journey is different, but no one should have to navigate a crisis alone. Take a look at our Agency Snapshot to learn more about the services Families in Crisis provides throughout Bell, Coryell, and Hamilton Counties.
