📣We Are Seeking a Director of Operations — Central Texas Volunteers (KVI)

Central Texas Volunteers (Killeen Volunteers, Inc.) is accepting applications for the Director of Operations. This volunteer leadership position supports the systems, compliance, and operational processes that keep our organization moving.

The Director of Operations will:
• Support financial processes and coordinate fiscal reporting
• Manage Zeffy, GetConnected, Google Workspace, and other systems associated with managing the non-profit
• Oversee logistics, equipment, transportation, and facility coordination
• Maintain insurance, risk management, and compliance procedures
• Ensure accurate reporting for grants, audits, and the Board
• Lead process improvements and operational standards across programs

This role directly supports the operational strength of all Central Texas Volunteers’ programs and initiatives and answers to the President.

This weekend's devastating flooding has forever changed communities across Central Texas and the Hill Country.⛈️ More than 100 lives have been lost, and 21 counties are working to rebuild from unimaginable damage.💔
