It’s the first day of the -Ber months which means TURKEY TROT REGISTRATION IS LIVE!

Lace up, dress up, and come kick off Thanksgiving the way it oughta be done — with friends, family, a little running, a lot of fun, and a proper post-race party.

The Duck Turkey Trot is the BEST PARTY on Thanksgiving Day. 🦃

While the smell of pumpkin spice may not be quite in the air yet and the leaves are still bright green, Outer Banks Track Club we are feeling all the fall vibes 🍁 as we are on a short countdown until registration begins for the 2026 Duck Turkey Trot.

Well folks, Mother Nature had the final say...

Due to the forecast calling for a deluge on Thursday, we'll be canceling the last meet of our Summer Track Series.

While we're disappointed we won't get one more night on the track together, we want to send out a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out this summer. Whether you ran every week or just stopped by to join the fun, you helped make this another great season.

We had a great time running with all of you and appreciate everyone who helped make these meets special.

This may wrap up the summer series, but we're not done yet! Keep an eye on our page for Duck Turkey Trot updates coming soon. We can't wait to see everyone back out there this fall.

Big thanks to Surfin' Spoon for hooking up the winners from our third track meet with some sweet gift cards! Nothing beats cooling off after a night on the track.

The final track meet of the summer is THIS Thursday at 8:00 PM. One more night to race, cheer, and make it count. More fun on the track, more prizes, and one last chance to finish the summer in style.
