Kill Devil Hills Junior Lifeguards Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue and Kitty Hawk Kayak run three week-long junior lifeguard camps for kids on the Outer Banks.

These camps are designed to help the youth on the Outer Banks get a deeper understanding and appreciation for water safety. This is accomplished by letting them experience the ocean and recognize potential dangers. They are taught basic prevention and lifesaving techniques employed on a daily basis by Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue.
