The October, 2025 LKGA Scramble was likely one of the closest top to bottom that I can remember! There was about five strokes separating the entire field and only about two strokes from third place.
We also had several different people winning both the team and hole prizes as well.
In the end, it was the team of Brownell, Goodfellow, Holleman and Burson that took first place with a net 60.10. Congratulations!
Our next LKGA Scramble is November 9th.

We had a solid turnout (for this time of year) at last Sunday's LKGA scramble. It included several new members (Rick Flores, Rob Frink and Tina BigBee).
As in last month, the top three teams rose to the top! Again, all three were within one stroke of one another. The team of Levering, Wright, Hungate and Holt took top honors with a net 59.60.
Also shown is Matt Babich who's team came in second, won several hole prizes and walked away with the 50/50 raffle! Matt, you need to play more often!

Today was another great Lower Keys Golf Association scramble event. In what proved to be a tight competition the team of Rother, Rother and Robbins finished with the lowest gross score (65) and the team of Holtcamp, Babich, Burson and Kitching finished with the lowest net score (60.35). The top three gross score teams ended up within less than 1.5 strokes and half the field was within 3.0 strokes.
The new collection of golf-related raffle prizes makes staying around even more fun! Laser range finders, golf travel bags and other assorted gift will be available to win at our next scramble event on April 13th.
We hope to see you next month!!
