From breaking down fish to slicing up cook-site creations, these knives were built for the job… razor sharp, rugged, and made for people who appreciate quality gear. Grateful to have brands like MKC supporting the weekend and helping keep the good times (and great food) rolling.

Taking a moment to shout out the person who made this entire weekend so unforgettable, .

Events like the Bear and Burton’s Invitational don’t happen by accident. They happen because of people like Jenn.

She is the heart and hustle behind this entire weekend. Months of planning, scheduling, emails, coordination, and connecting every single piece so our incredible sponsors, supporting brands, cook teams, and families can all come together for something truly special.

But what makes it even more meaningful is the why behind it all. Jenn pours her heart into bringing this community together year after year to support the , and the impact of that effort is felt by everyone who is lucky enough to be part of this weekend year after year.

Yesterday was one for the books. 🎣

We kicked off the fishing tournament with lines in the water, rods bent, and plenty of big moments out on the blue. Nothing better than watching teams battle it out and seeing a few incredible fish hit the deck.

Now we keep the energy rolling today at the Sandbar Party, where our teams turn their catch into something unforgettable for the Catch & Cook Competition. Good food, good people, and a great cause. Let’s see what they bring to the table. 🔥🐟

Day one in Key West is officially in the books.
We kicked things off with our Sponsor Lunch at the docks, bringing together the partners who help make this weekend possible.

From there it was over to Huk Happy Hour for cold drinks and good company before wrapping the night with our Captains Meeting at Irish Kevin’s, where teams got the rundown before heading out on the water.

And we can’t forget… a special happy birthday to some of our favorite people celebrating with us this weekend — , and ! 🎉

Fishing starts tomorrow. 🎣
