Jasper’s temporary foster family had one job: foster him for 10 days…

Five days in, I checked on him.

Their answer?

“We’re not giving him back.” 😂❤️

And just like that, our handsome boy found his forever family.

The family fell in love. Jasper fell in love. Everyone agreed this was exactly where he belonged.

Jasper’s happy ending came faster than any of us expected and he now has the best momma !

Sometimes the best adoptions are the ones nobody sees coming. 🐾💙

‼ FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED ‼

Daxton has been with the same family since he was a puppy. Now at 7–8 years old, this senior boy suddenly has nowhere to go.

His owners are older and can no longer care for him, and unfortunately no family has been able to step in for him. This is not a blame post, just a heartbreaking situation for a dog who has spent his whole life in one home.

Daxton is a 76 lb American Bulldog who is now living outdoors, with the summer heat quickly approaching, it is urgent that we find him a foster or adopter soon. No senior dog deserves to spend their golden years alone outside.

You can see the age and sadness in his eyes, and we can only imagine how confusing this must feel for him. We are told he is incredibly sweet, playful, loves people and kids, and does well with other dogs.

If you can help Daxton, please reach out. Even sharing his story could be what changes the rest of his life.

ADOPTION ALERT!!!!

Felix waited patiently for his perfect family… and somehow, everything fell right into place. ❤️

One day, Felix needed a ride to one of our events, and a kind friend of one of our board members offered to help since she lived nearby and it was on her way. Simple as that.

But the second she picked him up, she fell in love. She saw what a sweet, calm little passenger he was, and by the end of the drive, something just clicked. ☺️

As it turns out, she and her husband had just finished building their dream home and were at the perfect point in life to add a dog to the family. They had the home… they were just missing him.

And somehow, everything fell perfectly into place.

Felix now Whaler, is officially adopted and living the good life he waited so patiently for.

BIRDIE TESTED POSITIVE FOR HEARTWORM 💔

After everything her little body has already been through, this was the last thing Birdie needed🥹

Her tiny frame, damaged skin, and tired little eyes tell a story we will never fully know… yet somehow she remains incredibly sweet, gentle, and grateful to finally be safe.

Birdie is now our SECOND heartworm positive dog this year, and we could use help covering her treatment and medical care.

Hi! O’Malley here!

Sooo I was only supposed to be a “foster” for a little while… but then something magical happened once I got to my foster home and started bonding with my foster brother Kai. ❤️

At first, I just wanted him to play with me ALL the time. I followed him everywhere, made him chase me around the house, and made sure he never had a quiet moment again haha.

But pretty quickly, my foster parents realized something really special was happening. Kai started feeling more confident, happier, and more comfortable just having me around. And honestly… we became best friends almost overnight.

We play together, sleep together (sometimes in the exact same position 😅), and do pretty much everything side by side.

Eventually my foster parents realized there was no way they could separate us… so they made it official 🤗

I’m not a foster anymore. I’m home forever and I have the best parents I could have asked for 🥰

Our boy Gumby is fully embracing the Keys life thanks to his amazing foster!

This 4-year-old Shepherd mix is the perfect adventure pal whether he’s out on the boat, hanging by the water, or making friends everywhere he goes. He’s full of personality, loves to have fun, and has so much love to give.

Gumby is great with other dogs, loves people, and is just an all-around really good boy looking for his forever family. 💙

BIRDIE SLEPT IN AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT 💔

Yesterday, Birdie had her first vet appointment, and seeing her in person broke my heart. Beneath those photos is a tiny little dog whose body and face clearly show months, maybe years of neglect.

Her skin is painful and irritated, and the area around her eyes need treatment and care not to mention she was covered in fleas...

But despite everything she has been through, Birdie is incredibly sweet. Quiet, gentle, loving… she didn’t make a single peep the entire car ride. She just seemed grateful to finally be safe.

Last night was likely Birdie’s first night sleeping in air conditioning, curled up safely in a soft bed… and she slept for HOURS. ❤️

Thankfully, Birdie is now in a wonderful foster home and already capturing hearts. But she still needs medical care, medications, treatment, and lots of TLC to help her heal.
