Calling Webelos and Arrow of Light scouts… this is an awesome experience and a great way to earn several pins at once!
The Gathering Waters District Annual Webelos Pin Day & Meet the Troops event will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at FVTC in Appleton from 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. CDT. Registration deadline is 10/27/24 and the cost is only $30.00 per youth, which allows Webelos or AOL Scouts to choose three different Activity Pins, a lunch, and a special event patch!
Check-in for this event will be from 7:15 a.m.-7:45 a.m. in room C190 (enter through door 15) on 11/2/24 at FVTC (1825 N. Bluemound Dr), so plan to attend at that time, so everyone is ready to go by 8:00am for the opening flag ceremony. This opening meeting location is different than in year's past. A “Meet the Troops” session will be held during the lunch period in the commons area, so if any Scouts BSA Troops would like to be at this, please register in the link above to reserve a table.
