Middle school + High school athletes—it's time to hit the ground running and set the tone for your next season. This 5-week program is built to level you UP.
2 sessions a week. 5 weeks of focused, explosive work.
And guess what? I’ve got an awesome addition this year—Trent will be joining me to help coach and push you even further!
🔥Meet Trent Riekkoff graduate of 2021!
A driven, passionate force in and out of the gym!
Hobbies: Lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, and anything involving sports.
Passion: Helping athletes reach their full potential, becoming the best version of himself, and making a positive impact on others.
Experience: A former college football player, honor roll student, and multi-sport athlete in high school—he brings both knowledge and heart to everything he does. College major is, Kinesiology (Strength and Conditioning)
We’re lucky to have him on the team!
➡️Middle School Athletes: We’ll work on coordination, strength, agility, and confidence—laying the foundation for long-term success.
Session 1 -6/10-7/11 8AM-8:45AM
Session 2 -7/14-8/13 8AM-8:45AM
➡️High School Athletes:We’re dialing in on vertical, speed, plyometrics, and all the drills to get you quicker, stronger, and jumping higher.
Session 1 -6/9-7/9 - 2 times
6:15AM-7AM OR 6PM-6:45PM
Session 2 -7/14-8/13 - 2 times
6:15AM-7AM OR 6PM-6:45PM
