Amber’s PRESENTATION OF KEYS CEREMONY (one of two that day!) will be at 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Curve In Bar in Kewaskum during their Hogs for Heroes, S**G, & TLW event. We'll be hanging out to connect with friends old and new from 11-3.

We are one day into our Wisconsin volunteer project to help Aimee and her son complete their house!! Finally, after 2 months of anticipation...the weather has us able to finally jump in to where the building process unfortunatley halted last fall after tragically losing her long time s/o, Keith. We gathered with other local volunteers to sort and move the steel to a more appropriate spot on the property, lowered the original floor level and then put in the floor. Next work day the sheathing will go on and scaffolding moved up to start on the roof. So happy to lend our Many Hands crew to help Aimee, a Navy Veteran, finish her house. 🫡

To every veteran — thank you for standing tall when your country needed you, for serving with honor, and for continuing to inspire us all. We owe you more than words can ever express.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news of the passing one of our team members. Today our hearts are broken as we lost our dear friend, Randy Hestekin. He was our first Veteran to join us in Alaska at The 98 Fund - The Alaska Project in May 2024. A trip fully funded for him by the amazing support from all of you! Randy fully appreciated the healing power of the property, the peace it brought his mind and was eager to return to Alaska to help his fellow veterans with any support he could provide. It was an honor and a blessing to share his journey with him.

Rest in peace, my friend. Thank you for your service and your friendship. Please keep all his family and friends in your prayers.
