We are helping displaced individuals throughout the year. We fill them with essential items that will make their lives a little easier. Our mission is to help those who are in need as they need it. This a year round project not seasonal.

Due to some changes we are not collecting donations of items at this time how ever are still collecting monetary donations to purchase items for the Chum apartments. Thank you so for your support throughout the past 20 years!

Hello friends, we are fundraising for a new building. Our current building has some structural issues. We use this building as our workshop to create bags and store our bag making supplies. Becky's Angels has been given a store full of yarn. We have so much and we cannot use it all or store it all. So we are selling a lot of yarn to raise money for a new building that we desperately need. We have many, many cones of yarn and patterns and more.

We delivered more donations to CHUM today. They are so greatful for all that we have brought them. Thank you all for your help.

We are going to be helping CHUM in Duluth. CHUM is a nonprofit organization that helps displaced families and individuals. They are on need of many things:
Toilet paper
Diapers/ pullups all sizes partial packs are ok please writes sizes on bag.
Wipes
Paper towels
Feminine hygiene items
Shampoo
Conditioner
Soap
Cleaning products
Plungers
Toilet bowl brushes
Dish soap
Laundry soap
Gloves new or like new
Hats new or like new
Scarves new or like new
Winter jackets new or like new
Blankets new or like new
Sheets new or like new
Board games, card games new or like new
They are also looking for snack items for after school program such as granola bars, cracker sandwiches, snack size chips, fruit snacks, etc.

Our Story

BECKY’S ANGELS IS A PROJECT THAT WAS STARTED IN 2005. WITH A DISCUSSION OVER COFFEE ABOUT THE LACK OF GIFTS FOR PRE-TEEN AND TEENS AT FOOD SHELVES AT CHRISTMAS TIME.

WE DECIDED TO MAKE JEAN BAGS FOR THE GIRLS AND GET BACK PACK FOR THE BOYS AND FILL THEM WITH SMALL GIFTS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND HAT, SCARF, AND GLOVE SETS. 200 OF THESE ARE DISTRIBUTED TO FOOD SHELVES AND CHURCHES THAT GIVE GIFTS TO THOSE IN NEED. WE ALSO CHOOSE TWO FAMILIES IN NEED TO HELP EACH YEAR.

BECKY’S ANGELS IS NAMED AFTER MY DAUGHTER BECKY WHO DIED MANY YEARS AGO AT ONE YEAR OF AGE. WE ( BECKY’S MOM, SISTER, GRANDMA, AUNT) DECIDED THIS WOULD BE A LOVING TRIBUTE TO HER.

LAST YEAR WE HELPED TWO FAMILIES HAVE A BETTER CHRISTMAS. ONE FAMILY HAD A TRAGIC EVENT, THEIR 18 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD A LIFE CHANGING CAR ACCIDENT. THE OTHER FAMILY HAD FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. WE ALSO HELPED A MOM PAY SOME BILLS DURING HER FIGHT WITH CANCER.
