We've had several instances lately where people accidentally donated the wrong box or bag. Please double check that you actually mean to donate what you're dropping off with us. We get so many items/clothes/shoes each day and process them quickly. We may not be able to get your items back to you and will not be held responsible if they've already been sold, especially if it's been several days since they were donated.

We're often asked about the tags in our clothes and what the colors mean. The color lets us know what month the clothes were put out on our store floor. We also put new colors of tags on sale at the beginning of every month. The rotation of colors every month helps us keep our inventory fresh for our customers. Look for our sign when you walk in the door letting you know what colors will be on sale this month.
