Kernersville Cares for Kids

Kernersville Cares for Kids The Kernersville Cares for Kids was established in 1998 when three
community leaders recognized a need to combat student drug use
and under-aged drinking.

KCK is a non-profit organization that encourages students to remain drug-free, and also encourages them to join the It's My Call Program at school - a voluntary drug testing program.

Thank you for 26 Years!

On behalf of Kernersville Cares for Kids (KCK), we extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the past 26 years. Your dedication to our mission of empowering the youth of Kernersville to make informed, positive choices has been instrumental in our ongoing efforts to create a drug-free environment.

Since our founding in 1998 by John Owensby, Dr. Don Martin, and Neal Stockton, KCK has been committed to supporting anti-drug initiatives within our community. We firmly believe that the future of Kernersville lies in the hands of our young people, and your partnership has helped us make significant strides toward this goal.

Together, we have worked tirelessly to provide educational programs, resources, and support systems that equip our students with the knowledge and tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Your collective efforts have contributed to drug-free school campuses, a safer community, and brighter futures for our children.

As we reflect on the past 26 years, we are filled with gratitude for the generosity, dedication, and passion displayed by our community partners and organizations. Your support has been the backbone of our success, and we are profoundly thankful for the impact you have made on the lives of our youth.

Thank you once again for standing with Kernersville Cares for Kids and helping us achieve our mission. Together, we will continue to empower our children to make wise decisions and build a healthier, drug-free community for generations to come.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Kernersville Cares for Kids Board
