Aladdin Jr. was a total success last night. Everyone, from the cast members, the dance team, back stage helpers, and all the faculty, you guys were AMAZING!! So much goes on behind the scenes, so to see it come to life... we were blown away!!

Good evening Caleb’s Creek families,

As we approach the final weeks of the school year, we appreciate your continued support in helping our students finish strong. When possible, please ensure your child arrives at school on time each day. Teachers are preparing for end-of-year testing, and it is important that students are present for review and instructional time.

✨✨Important End-of-Year Information!!

- May 1st:: No School 🚫
-May 19th:: Field Day ⚽️🍦💦😎
- May 27th:: Last Day ⭐️🌈

- The Bridging Ceremony will take place on May 22nd with a 9:30am start time. Details to follow. 🎓📜

- EOGs will be pushed back one day and will take place on the following dates:
•May 13th for reading 👓
•May 14th for math ➗✖️➖➕
•May 15th for 5th-grade science 🧬
🩶Retesting will start on the 15th and will continue into the first part of the next week.

- We would like to thank everyone who participated in the chocolate fundraiser. All funds are due by April 29th. If you have any questions, please reach out. 🍫🍫

- Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4th-8th. Our staff and teachers do so much on a daily basis to help and encourage our students here at Caleb’s Creek. Let’s show them some love!! ❤️💐

- We are in search of a President for our PTA for the 2026/2027 school year. If you think that is something you would like to do and give back to our school and students, please reach out and we can get you started in the right direction.

- We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Read-A-Thon. 📚 We read 2012 minutes as a school and Mrs. Vickery’s class raised the most $$!

School Closed May 1st

WS/FCS Schools will be closed for students on Friday, May 1. This is the North Carolina Association of Educators’ Day of Action. Approximately 900 staff members, including teachers, administrators, cafeteria workers, bus drivers, and more have requested the day off. Multiple schools and departments determined that they would not be able to operate safely due to staffing shortages, so the day has been changed to an RS Day. Wednesday, May 27 will now be the new revised last day of school.
