Next Play Collective is officially registered with the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS).

As we grow, we’re committed to building programs that don’t just give kids a place to play, but also support the coaches, volunteers, and adults responsible for creating a positive youth sports environment.

Through NAYS, we’re gaining additional training and resources to strengthen coach development, volunteer preparation, and the systems behind our programs.

This is another step toward building the kind of youth sports organization our community deserves: safe, accessible, intentional, and built to last.

We’re still working through implementation on our side, and we’ll share more as these resources begin rolling out across NPC. 💚

¡Next Play Collective ya está oficialmente registrado con la National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS)!

A medida que estamos creciendo, nuestro compromiso no es solo ofrecerles a los jóvenes un lugar donde jugar, sino también apoyar a los entrenadores, voluntarios y adultos responsables de crear una experiencia deportiva positiva.

A través de NAYS, tendremos acceso a capacitación y recursos adicionales que nos ayudarán a fortalecer el desarrollo de entrenadores, la preparación de voluntarios y los sistemas que respaldan nuestros programas.

🌟 Applications are open for Next Play Rising!

Next Play Rising is a six-month youth development program designed to help young people gain hands-on experience, build real-world skills and connections, and explore what might come next.

Whether you’re just beginning to discover your interests or ready to take the next step, there’s a place to grow:

💚 Junior Ambassadors | Ages 13–17
Build confidence, develop leadership skills, explore new interests, and get involved in your community.

💙 NP Rising Leaders | Ages 18–21
Take on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, strengthen professional skills, and explore future education and career pathways.

No perfect résumé or fully figured-out career plan required, just a willingness to learn, participate, and grow.
