Today’s pickings! Things are slowly coming back and ripening up! The rain has helped tremendously! These vegetables will be washed, weighed and donated tomorrow afternoon!!! We have lots of cherry tomatoes and various kinds of peppers as well as some green beans, a zucchini, and couple of summer squash. If anyone needs any of these, or know someone who does, please reach out to us! We are more than happy to help! 319-520-9198 or Facebook messenger! We may try to put these on the produce stand tomorrow (depending on the weather). If not, we will be taking them to the Keokuk public library and the little food boxes! Please don’t go through the garden and pick things and tear up things! We work very hard to make this a nice place and we will gladly give you food, but we have to weigh things first. This is how we get grants to keep this garden growing year after year! If you need something, please contact us! If it hasn’t been picked, it’s because it’s not ready to be picked.
