We hope everyone has had some time to unwind and recharge after the 5K WALKFORKYLIEE. We wanted to take a moment to personally thank everyone for their incredible efforts in making the
event a success. We cannot thank you all enough for gracing the event with your presence. Your attendance made it truly extraordinary. Secondly, to our sponsors and donors, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support for our event. Your generous contribution helped us raise $10,784.84. Please know we truly appreciate your sponsorship! Also, to Northshore Technical College nursing students and the Sumner High School girls basketball team thank you for your positive attitudes, for volunteering your time and for willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you to Erica Cryer for taking the time to come out to take photos and Mr. Shawn with thresholdtimingbr. Going forward we plan to host blood drives, and visit hospitals to offer support to sickle cell patients and their families. If you know anyone in need of any support please give them our information. Lastly, we are working on the walk/run for 2024 and we expect it to get bigger and better. Remember when you crossed the finish line you ran/walked for Kyliee and other sickle cell angels that have gone on before us and for sickle cell patients and their families that are still here fighting.
