What a busy and rewarding weekend for our chapter! 🇺🇸

On Saturday, our members split up to support two wonderful events in our communities. Some of our chapter members attended the Flag Day Ceremony at the Elks in Kenton, while several others volunteered at Vet Fest in Findlay. Both events were a great success and we all had a wonderful time.

On Sunday, Kathy and Marilyn represented our chapter at the Flag Day Ceremony in Forest, continuing our mission of honoring our nation's flag and those who have served under it.

Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

Today we proudly honor the Stars and Stripes, a symbol of our nation's freedom, strength, and the sacrifices made by so many to protect it.

As we display our flag, let us remember the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country, as well as the families who support them every step of the way.

⭐ And a special Happy Birthday to the United States Army! ⭐

Since June 14, 1775, the Army has stood ready to defend our nation with courage, honor, and dedication. Thank you to all Army soldiers, past and present, for your service and sacrifice.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten. We also hold close the Gold Star families who carry that sacrifice every single day. 🇺🇸

Today, members of our chapter split up and proudly participated in both the Bellefontaine and Kenton Memorial Day parades. It was an honor to stand alongside our communities in remembrance of those who gave everything for our freedom.

May we never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

Kathy, Bre, and Marilyn had the privilege of recognizing seniors joining the military with honor cords at Upper Sandusky’s Honor Program last Thursday evening. On Friday, Kathy, Marilyn, and Cheri also visited Hardin Northern to present an honor cord to a senior beginning his journey in military service.

Thank you to these schools for inviting us and allowing us to be part of such meaningful programs. It is truly an honor to help recognize these seniors and the commitment they are making to serve our country. We wish each of them the very best as they begin this important and meaningful journey!

What an incredible day for our Honor Walk on Armed Forces Day! 🇺🇸

Today we had the privilege of celebrating and honoring the brave men and women who have served, are currently serving, and the families who stand beside them through it all. We were a little worried about the weather, but it turned out to be such an amazing day filled with support, patriotism, and fun!

Thank you to everyone who came out, walked with us, volunteered, donated, and helped make today so special. Your support means more than words can say. ❤️💙

Kathy and Bre had the honor of attending Kenton High School on Tuesday morning and Riverdale High School Wednesday evening to present honor cords to an incredible group of seniors joining the military. 🇺🇸❤️

I’m always so impressed with Kenton’s honors program, and as a past Wildcat, it makes me especially proud. One thing that has always stood out to me is that after we place the honor cords around each student’s neck, they receive a standing ovation. I think that is absolutely amazing — they deserve every bit of it. ❤️

This was our first year speaking at Riverdale, and we were just as impressed. Such a great group of students and supportive parents! They also gave the seniors a standing ovation, and it was incredibly moving to witness.

Thank you to both schools for honoring these young men and women as they prepare to serve our country. 🇺🇸

Grab your family, friends, strollers, and patriotic spirit and come out and help us show support for our military, veterans, and their families while enjoying a fun afternoon with the community!
