Hardin County Help Me Grow Help Me Grow is a FREE parent based program. All visits are controlled by you as the parent. We are

Eligibilities Include children who are birth-three years of age and:
first-time parent enrolled in WIC and/or Medicaid; AND/OR expectant, frist time parents with a family income not in excess of 200% of FPL; AND/OR children who are the victims of substantiated case of child abuse or neglect under age 3; AND/OR Achild under the age of three that has at least on parent in active military duty.
