Our Flourishing Under 5 families came together on Saturday, June 6th at East Hill Elementary for a special Family Convening 💕
Families in our home-based program shared stories, played games, and reflected on their journey together as they prepare for graduation at the end of June.

We’re so proud of this community and all they’ve accomplished 🤍

It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress!
