Standing Rock Cultural Arts Events Standing Rock Cultural Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are always seeking sponsors to help cover expenses for our art & educational activities.

Donations are tax deductible. We thank our current sponsors & you for supporting the arts! This site features the most up-to-date info about events and SRCA happenings! Jeff and Tina co-admin this page. WE ARE A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION SINCE 2000. "Fan/like" us and stay informed on all the up-to-minute details! SRCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural arts organization in downtown Kent. We received our status in 2000. We are housed in the North Water Street Gallery, which has been in existence since 1992 under the ownership of our Executive Director, Jeff Ingram. Our organization offers an array of art, literary, and community activities within the Portage County region. Additional info can be found on our events page here on Facebook and also on our homepage at www.standingrock.net. Events are open to all (except in rare cases of age restrictions) and most are free to the public! In addition, we invite opportunities to collaborate with or consult other arts organizations, schools/universities, and area social service/support organizations. SRCA truly appreciates its sponsors and donors, whom without we could not offer our diverse arts and education programming. All donations are tax-deductible and we always welcome donations and in-kind support, which help defray our expenses and provide scholarships to those in need. We are proud to say that no one is ever turned away from a program due to income limitations. Our other annual event the Who's Your Mama? Earth Day & Environmental Film Fest events can be followed at www.facebook.com/WhosYourMama and www.whosyourmama.org. Art builds community! Thank you for supporting the arts!

This year we did cyanotype prints, chalk printed lanterns, nature “junk” journals, pinch pots, and tie dye rainbow prints on our contour line drawings!

Thank you to Danielle Miller, Emma Lasko, and Ellie Conrad for instructing and helping!
