Washington’s Blue Envelope Program is here!
Drivers can keep a blue envelope with their license and registration and hand it to an officer at traffic stops, helping signal that a little extra time, clarity, or support with communication may be needed. The hope is that this program
supports safer, more respectful interactions.
The Blue envelope is free and available to anyone who wants one.

A huge congratulations to our very own Erendira on an incredible achievement!

In the month of May, our team came together for a wellness challenge focused on movement, with the intention of building wellness, connection and community.

We tracked minutes, not miles, to make participation more inclusive for all. Grounded in inclusive design, this approach values every kind of movement, from stretching to adaptive exercise.

Creates equitable participation, where effort, not output, matters. Recognizes that all movement counts

Because everyone deserves a way to move that works for them.

We’re so excited to announce that the interest forms are now open for Cohort 5 of our Self-Advocacy Leadership training (SALT) through May 22nd!

SALT is a 5-week leadership training program designed for multicultural youth and adults with disabilities to build self-advocacy skills, strengthen their voice, and create meaningful change in their communities.

Location: UW Othello Commons
Program Dates: June 23rd-July 23rd
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:30am-1:30pm, Ages 15+ .
Only 12 participants will be selected for Cohort 5!
