🇺🇸✨ American Legion Post 331 – This Is What We Do! ✨🇺🇸

Post 331 family, we have an incredible opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of our veterans.

This Saturday, February 21st, we are proud to host Celebrate Bartender Night — and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ALL proceeds and ALL tips will go directly to our Auxiliary VA&R, helping fund programs that support veterans when they need it most.

This is more than just a night out.
This is who we are.
This is what we stand for.

Every dollar raised is a reminder to a veteran that they are not forgotten. That their service matters. That their American Legion family stands beside them.

It may seem like a small act — stopping in for a drink, leaving a tip — but small acts, when we come together, create life-changing impact.

So I’m asking our Post 331 members:
Come out. Show up. Stand together.
Let’s change someone’s life — even if it’s one small step at a time.

The The American Legion - Department of Ohio has installed a large mailbox at the headquarters building. This saves the department time and money. From now on, please do not use the PO Box for correspondence.

As a Reminder, and because Facebook currently is not letting me create an event for it, our 14th District Summer Convention is next month on May 18th at Kent American Legion Post 496. Start time is at 1330 and we will be holding elections of District Officers there. Also if anyone is interested in being a Chairperson on one of the District's Commissions/Committees, coming to this meeting would be the best time to make it known so the paperwork can be filed right away. If anyone is wondering what positions are available, you can message the page and the listings will be provided to you.

The American Legion - Department of Ohio is doing a 50/50 raffle and money raised from this can help our post in the district. The best part is, you don't have to be a member of the American Legion family to play. If you buy a ticket and select (just throwing a post number out there) 449 as your post, 20% of the sales with 449 selected will come back to 449. Here is the website to the Department page.

And the winner of our meat raffle is...... Bob Dennison! The District 2nd Vice will be reaching out to you this evening if you see this. Thanks to everyone that purchased a ticket. This raffle went very well and we will most likely have another one in the future.
