Hello everyone! My name is Kona and this is my human Mallory. She is home with me right now but usually she is away at school studying hard to be a future clinical psychologist. I'm excited she is home though, we get to go on so many walks and take naps together almost everyday. My human is continuing her usual routine and making everyone stay on a schedule though, no sleeping in for me. She says this will help us all be more productive and feel "normal," whatever that means...

Time for members’ pets posts!

Hello, everybody! My name is Cleo and Maya Huffman (the new PMP VP/Ambassador) is my older sister! On top of being a Psychology major, she is also a Pre-Law minor and hopes to attend law school after graduation in 2022 or 2023. This quarantine has been awesome, my family is home all the time, which means more walks and treats for me! My family also likes to watch movies, bake human treats, and give me lots of pets! Maya has been doing a lot of homework, so I hang out on her bed and nap while she works hard!

Hi everybody, Loki and Kyra here! We are here to tell you about one of our owners, Tom! As director of social media for PMP, Tom manages this IG account, as well as PMP’s Twitter and FaceBook accounts! Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to see Tom much in the past year, but this changed recently! We have been playing fetch outside and getting lootttsssss of belly-rubs! What’s even better is the fact that Tom’s two brothers, Scott and Alex, are also home and able to play with us more! If we have one piece of advice for you, it is to make sure to be playing fetch outside and to avoid sitting around and eating so much food like our owners

Hi guys, Lola here. I’m the Black Lab you see in the picture above! I’m here to tell you a little bit about my big sister, Lauren. She’s the Administrator for PMP! That means she responds to all of your emails when you send your monthly proof of meetings and creates each weekly email. You’ve met her if you’ve been to one of this year’s pairing parties - she sits with Tom to hand out name tags! Although I don’t know why Lauren’s been home this much in the past few weeks, I am LOVING it. She takes me and my other sister Gretchen (the German Shepherd) on daily walks and runs. Other than that, Lauren’s been doing school and working as well as talking to friends on FaceTime. Although I’ll miss Lauren when Kent State University resumes in person in the fall, I know she’s very excited to return as your administrator! Woof!

To help everyone smile during these uncertain times, we at PMP have decided to introduce ourselves and our pets! We hope you enjoy our little bios we will be posting the next few days! Up first:
Hi everyone! My name is Coco! My human is Michelle- your current PMP President! She has been my bestfriend for 14 years! She is a psychology major and a philosophy minor who will be attending the Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs Master's Program at Kent starting this summer! During her newfound free time between classes, Michelle and I have been going for walks outside, flying kites, organizing her room, and video chatting friends! Although I can be sassy, I quite enjoy her company (but ask me again in 30 days...). Our biggest piece of advice during this next month is to take everything one day at a time and finally achieve something you always wished you had the time to do. We wish you well! 🐱
