H.E.R.O. Association HERO was started in 2009 to mentor and inspire at-risk youth, victims of violence, service men and women, and anyone seeking empowerment and confidence.

We provide scholarships for martial arts training, community workshops and seminars, and much more. Washington State Non-profit. Has 501-3C
status.

All the knowledge in the world won't change the physical changes that happened to all of your bodies major systems. Primarily the effect long term abuse has on the development of a child's brain.
A lifetime of living with a disability and being high functioning with CPTSD.
