25 Years. We Remember. We Honor. We Never Forget.
On September 11, 2001, 343 members of the FDNY made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call to serve. Alongside them, countless other first responders and civilians lost their lives.
Twenty-five years later, their courage, sacrifice, and brotherhood remain forever etched in our hearts.
As firefighters and union members, we understand the weight of the oath we take. We understand that when the alarm sounds, we go. We stand together, we protect one another, and we serve our communities with honor.
Today, we remember the 343. We honor every life lost on 9/11 and in the years since. We recognize the families who continue to carry that loss, and we pay tribute to the courage of those who answered the call.
We will never forget their sacrifice. We will never forget their names. We will never forget why we serve.
