🧡HELP US OPEN THE DOORS TO KENT’S YOUTH!

Imagine being 15, 17, or 20 years old and knowing there is a safe place you can walk into every day — no appointment needed.

A place to eat.
A place to wash your clothes.
A place to finish your homework.
A place to talk to someone.
A place to heal.
A place to laugh, rest, connect…and simply be.

That’s what we’re creating with I AM M3.

Our youth drop-in center will serve ages 13–21, from 8 AM–8 PM, providing 3 hot meals daily, laundry, computers and Wi-Fi, tutoring, counseling, resources and referrals, healing circles, and a welcoming place to belong.

🎯 Our goal: $100,000
💚 Raised: $20,000
✨ We have $80,000 to go!

Every donation gets us one step closer to opening those doors.

Maybe you can give.
Maybe your business can sponsor us.
Maybe you can share this post with someone who can help.

Every part matters.

A place they don’t need an appointment to belong.

✨ A Milestone for I AM M3 ✨

I’m still reflecting on what an incredible experience it was participating in the Social Venture Partners (SVP) Seattle GrowFundMe Cohort.

Standing on that stage and sharing the vision for I AM M3 Resource Center was more than just a presentation—it was an opportunity to tell our story, advocate for the girls and young women we serve, and invite others to be part of creating lasting change.

Alongside six other inspiring nonprofits, we had the privilege of sharing our missions and raising funds together. While the donations will be split equally among all seven organizations, the greatest gift was the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with fellow nonprofit leaders, funders, and community members who believe in making a difference.

As a founder, moments like these remind me why I started I AM M3. Every conversation, every connection, and every person who took the time to learn about our mission brings us one step closer to creating a safe space where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.

A heartfelt thank you to Social Venture Partners Seattle for believing in emerging nonprofit leaders and creating spaces where organizations like mine can grow, learn, and be seen. I am grateful to everyone who encouraged me, attended the event, donated, asked questions, and continues to support this journey.

This is only the beginning. 🧡🤎

Together, we’re empowering youth, building community, and creating brighter futures.

What a night. 🧡

I’m beyond grateful to have represented I AM M3 in the Social Venture Partners Seattle GrowFundMe Cohort.

Sharing our mission with funders, nonprofit leaders, and community members was an experience I’ll never forget. I met so many amazing people, made meaningful connections, and had the opportunity to tell the story behind I AM M3 and why this work matters so much.

It was an honor to stand alongside six other incredible nonprofits as we raised funds together and celebrated the impact we’re each making in our communities.

Thank you, Social Venture Partners Seattle, for investing in emerging nonprofit leaders and giving organizations like ours a platform to grow. Thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, donated, and believed in our vision.

The future is bright for I AM M3. This is just the beginning. ✨

🧡 Building community.

Black history is not just something we remember — it’s something we continue.

At I AM M3, we honor Black history by pouring into the next generation of Black girls — nurturing their confidence, leadership, and voice.

We stand on the strength of those who came before us, and we build pathways so our girls don’t just survive — they thrive.

✊🏾✨ Black history is being made every day.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. — a visionary who reminded us that justice, equity, and love are daily practices, not distant dreams.
At I AM M3, we continue his work here in Kent, creating spaces where healing is allowed, voices are held gently, and dignity is never up for debate.

We choose care. We choose community. We choose to continue the work — softly, boldly, and together.
