Each cat or kitten is tested for Feline Leukemia and is current on distemper vaccinations. All have been de-wormed and de-fleaed. Any cat or kitten old enough to be spayed or neutered undergoes the procedure and receives a rabies vaccine before it is offered for adoption. With every adoption, we’re there for you and your new friend, to make sure every phase of introducing your kitten or cat into y

our home is smooth and pleasant. Or consider providing FOSTER CARE for a homeless cat instead. A valuable service with heart-felt lessons as you provide an interim loving home.

🍊 Meet Orangesicle! 🍊

This adorable little guy (DOB 11/30/25) was originally scheduled for a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program, but when we met him, we just couldn't bear the thought of sending him back outdoors.

Fearful, frightened, and feisty, Orangesicle wanted absolutely nothing to do with people. He hissed, swacked, and refused to be touched. Yet somehow, every time you looked into his eyes, it felt like he was looking right through your soul.

Day after day, we worked to show him that people could be kind. We let him watch other kittens enjoying human affection. We read to him, sang to him, offered him treats, and gave him all the patience he needed. For the longest time, he wasn't convinced.

Then one day, something changed.

He allowed a gentle touch. And once he discovered how wonderful love could be, he decided to let it into his heart.

Today, Orangesicle can't get enough belly rubs, snuggles, and smooches. The kitten who once ran from every hand is now a full-blown lap cat who wants nothing more than to curl up with his people and soak up the love. He is an affectionate, talkative and loving boy.

Watching him learn to trust has been one of the greatest rewards, and we couldn't be prouder of how far he's come.

Jonah was not at our adoption center long before he caught the heart of one of our volunteers, who just knew he was the one. This handsome boy will now spend forever being loved, snuggled, and cared for in his new home.

This sweet little lady has found her forever home, and we couldn't be happier for her. Smooch is heading off to begin her next chapter with a wonderful guy and a new feline friend by her side.

Right now, our tiniest and most vulnerable kittens need a little extra help. The ones just learning to eat rely on soft, gentle food — and we are especially in need of wet kitten food to support them.

Wonderful adoption news!!!
Our sweet Arabella has finally found her forever home! After such a long wait, she is right where she’s meant to be—home at last.

One of our volunteer families has opened their hearts to give this lovely girl the happily-ever-after she’s been waiting so patiently for.

Arabella has been at our adoption center since August 2023, and it’s bittersweet to see her go—but nothing makes us happier than knowing she’s finally where she belongs.

Thank you to every volunteer who loved and cared for her along the way—you helped her get to this moment. And to her new family, thank you for giving Arabella the home she’s always deserved.

Good luck, beautiful girl! You will be missed!

We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center for visiting the Adoption Center yesterday and spending time with our kitties. Residents and staff from Waters Edge came by to enjoy the beautiful weather, relax with the cats, and share some much-appreciated companionship.

We are so grateful for opportunities like this that bring comfort, smiles, and connection to both people and cats. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your day with our furry friends — we loved having you visit!

*Meet Jonah*
Jonah (Born 9/9/25) found his way to Kindred Kitties after being discarded by someone who no longer wanted him. Thankfully, a kind-hearted person stepped in and brought him to safety.

We may never understand how anyone could let him go, because Jonah has been nothing short of an amazing houseguest in his foster home. He uses his litter box like a pro, loves everyone he meets, and has plenty to say—he’s quite the little storyteller!

Jonah isn’t a fan of other cats, so he would do best as your one and only. And honestly? He’s got more than enough personality to fill your whole home.

He loves belly rubs, attention, and being part of whatever you’re doing. Jonah is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and more than ready to find a forever home where he’ll be safe, loved, and never left behind again.
