Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Administrator to join our dynamic team. 20 Hours per week, 4 or 5 days a week. In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support and enforce compliance of MLS listing procedures, ensuring smooth operations, data integrity and excellent customer service. This position offers an energetic environment where your organizational skills and office management expertise will directly contribute to efficient workflows and positive member experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting real estate professionals.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $21,000.00 per year
Duties
Monitor and enforce MLS compliance of rules and standards
Handle member communications, inquiries, and support requests
Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the MLS system
Assist with weekly administrative tasks and reporting
Support members with questions regarding listings and system usage
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with online systems and data
Professional, responsive, and member-service focused
Real estate or MLS experience is a plus, but not required.
