It's a place where we all work together to maintain an affordable and friendly environment. The Cooperative was formed by the residents of Prairie Lake Estates exclusively for the following purposes:

A. To promote the mutual interests and needs of the homeowners residing in Prairie Lake Estates for a safe, stable, and secure environment in which to live as residents; and,

B. To own and operate P
