It was a wonderful experience connecting with other leaders and organizations at the Meals on Wheels America National Conference.

Our manager, Rhonda, spoke on the "Filling Deliveries with DoorDash" panel. She joined Daniel Reif, Head of Global Food Access Programs for DoorDash, and Kathy, a fellow Meals on Wheels Director. Together, they shared the success and impact of using DoorDash to deliver meals to seniors.

We also loved catching up with the wonderful Katy Oatsvall, a former Executive Director of KAFASI!

🎊 A wonderful time was had at Picnic in the Park on Saturday! The overcast day couldn't keep away the families and fun. 🛝🤸‍♀️

KAFASI joined many other community organizations as families and children had fun while also learning of the many resources available in Kenosha County.

We had a wonderul evening participating in National Night Out. A great time spent engaging and talking with the community at four sites: Shalom Center of the Interfaith Network, Lincoln Park, St. Paul Lutheran Church, and First United Methodist Church. Spreading the word of the various programs that support our seniors and families in Kenosha County.

We are very grateful and appreciative of the donation to the Medical Equipment Loan Closet from Prevail

The donation of 16 packs of Mediums and Youth/Adult Smalls pull-up briefs, and 8 packs of Large pull-up briefs were timely. The incontinence item donation was timely as these items tend to be in high need.

Danielle D. and Zach are always ready to help any of our seniors and families in need of borrowing medical equipment and putting a smile on their faces.
