Sessions are FREE and confidential and held in separate rooms. One for peers, and one for caregivers.

Please note that both of our sessions are peer-led, we are not licensed clinicians, nor do we offer clinical therapy. Our sessions are confidential conversations among a group of people with shared experiences.

On this World Mental Health Day, we recognize that people are more than their mental health diagnosis. Lived experience of mental illness may inform their lives, but it does not define them. People living with mental health conditions are devoted family members, industrious workers, passionate hobbyists, practitioners of faith traditions, and loving friends. Their complex stories of triumph and recovery inform the work that we do every day.

Thank you to Carthage College students in Psych Club for asking our volunteer Christina to speak about NAMI, and mental health resources in the Kenosha area. The event was held last week Monday, September 28, was well attended, and presentation well received.
