My aim is to have a safe space that brings community, personal and professional development, artistic outlets, communication, and human connection.

Time for Valentine’s crafts & year 2 of the Love Note Nook at East View! 💌🩷

We will be making cards for strangers to pick up during the day, & setting up the nook to write your own cards, & folks can leave cards to our East View friends too! (it’ll make sense in person just trust the process) ✨

Supplies will be provided but feel free to bring along anything you’d love to add to your valentines! 💘

last night we circled up, did diamond art together, made bracelets & keychains, had our lil group painting, & just crafted and existed together. unplugged & laughed. it wasn’t some big celebration, just a cozy room of people i was so grateful to be near.

& i guess that’s the biggest takeaway i have 4 years later - our best moments at soul space, the ones of true community & connection, never seem to be the rushing, stressful, scheduled, scripted, “big” events or moments. they’re the in betweens. the conversation walking in. the hug when we leave. the sigh of relief when someone says something you had been feeling but didn’t have the words to say. i’m grateful for those moments so much more 4 years later.

i am so grateful for everyone who has contributed to this space, to the spaces that have hosted us, let us craft (and sometimes leave a trail of glitter behind),to the folks who have made donations & businesses who have partnered with us to make the world a little less lonely. and most importantly the souls that show up, for themselves, for us all. i love you all. thank you bunches for being you. more connecting & crafting to come. ✨ -jenna

can i be real for a sec… i was inspired by the “Best Year Ever” workbook, but felt totally overwhelmed by the idea of reflecting on all of 2025 alone. i realized i didn’t need more motivation… i needed time set aside, some structure, & perhaps a little body-doubling.

so this workshop was born 🤍
a guided, no-pressure space to do it together.

new year, new journal ✨

Our final Soul Space workshop of 2025 is happening Wednesday, December 17th from 6-8pm at East View Coffee, and we’re ending the year with fresh blank journals to decorate! (thank you to for inspiring this! 🎀)

We’ll have plenty of supplies, but feel free to bring stickers, washi, photos, or anything you’d like!

Journals are free, we just ask that you RSVP so we know how many to order. rsvps are open now through Sunday December 14th! ✨

Galleysgiving was such a wonderful experience. 🧡

Because of the support Soul Space has received in the past, we were able to give out bunches of hand warmers, and reusable bags for the meals given out so generously by (and of course the beautiful pies by 🥧!!) with local resources and warming centers in the immediate area simply described on the bags, as well as some “angel donations” inspired by our sweet friends from .mary who gifted us in the past! 🤍 the raw human connection that reminds us we all see we are so much more similar than we are different is everything.

Thank you to Jeanette for trusting me to join in on this really special and sacred project she has done the last 5 years. And thank you to my amazing mom & dad for joining and putting your all into this. it felt so special to do this with you. (and my dads iconic friend gordy who came thank you gordy we all love you!!)

And to all of you, you matter. You are not alone. Stay tuned for our 2 upcoming December workshops if you or someone you know needs a little bit of human connection & a craft or 2 in their lives. ✨
