Today was our last day for this 24/7 dad group. thanks guys for participating.
We also wanted to give a shout-out to The Village Bistro Tri-cities for providing dinner, it was delicious.

We started a new group last week. We discussed what it is to be a man, we went over the 5 characteristics of a 24/7 dad: Self awareness, caring for self, fathering skills, parenting skills, and relationship skills. At the end, we divided into teams to build a tower that can withstand the earthquake machine, we learned like any structural building needs a good foundation, and a good foundation as a father makes all the difference. Here is a short video of it.
