Wissahickon Trails has protected nearly 1,300 acres and maintains 24 miles of free, publicly accessible trails in the Philadelphia region. They also bring thousands of students into nature each year through school-based education programs.

💚Oak Tree Family Fund is proud to introduce a new partner: Camp Dreamcatcher — the only therapeutic camp on the East Coast dedicated to children impacted by HIV/AIDS, trauma, and mental health challenges. Based right here in Kennett Square, PA, Camp Dreamcatcher creates a safe, accepting space where kids can just be kids — and where healing happens.

"Camp Dreamcatcher is where our campers feel seen, accepted, and supported, often for the first time. Thirty children will attend Camp Dreamcatcher's Therapeutic and Educational Camp Session in August, thanks to the generosity of the Oak Tree Family Fund," said Patty Hillkirk, Founder & Executive Director.
