We are THRILLED to announce that the Foxwynd Foundation has extended their partnership with Good Neighbors to continue making homes warmer, safer, drier and healthier for families in need of critical repairs! Foxwynd first partnered with Good Neighbors for the expansion of our Healthy Homes program in New Castle County.
This year, Good Neighbors received a $60,000 grant for the purchase of a new work truck. This grant was made possible by a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) of the Foxwynd Foundation.
This new truck will directly support on-site repairs for homeowners facing health or mobility challenges, enabling them to safely remain in their homes and age-in-place.
The Foxwynd Foundation, founded by the Bentley family, seeks to uphold the family’s commitment to philanthropy and humanitarian causes with particular emphasis on healthcare, housing, and sustainable environmental initiatives. "At Foxwynd Foundation, we believe no one should feel limited in their own home,” stated Sarah Allem, Trustee of the Foxwynd Foundation. “Through this partnership, we help people facing physical challenges maintain their independence and dignity in the place they love most.”
Good Neighbors is honored to continue partnering with the Foxwynd Foundation to make homes warmer, safer, drier, and healthier for low-income families in need.
