Here's to another great Getting Ahead workshop. Way to go, graduates!

Congratulations to Our Getting Ahead Graduates!

Last night, we celebrated the accomplishments of 31 outstanding graduates who completed the deeply intensive Getting Ahead workshop.

Through courage, determination, and hard work, these participants invested in themselves, explored pathways to stability and success, and built strong connections along the way.

We could not be more proud of all they have accomplished and all that lies ahead for them. Congratulations on this incredible achievement!

Today we celebrated a major milestone in our Financial Empowerment Workshop: the 50th savings match check. Over the past 2½ years, participants have set goals, built new financial habits, and stayed committed to saving, even when it wasn’t easy. Their persistence is what made this moment possible.

Those 50 matches represent $50,000 in savings incentives, which helped generate more than $100,000 in total savings built by participants themselves. We truly admire the hard work that led to this milestone and we're grateful to everyone who supports opportunities like this in our community.

Give it up for our Getting Ahead graduates! Last night we celebrated a record *31* graduates' hard work, dedication, and community-building at the end of a 16-session weekly workshop.

In the words of one of our graduates, though, "we are not closing a workshop but rather opening a new phase."
