Kim Jackson was installed today as Trustee for Region I of The Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District of Kiwanis International at the 108th District Convention in Kenner, LA.

A BIG Thank You to Fulton Walmart for not only helping us procure school supplies for South Fulton Elementary students but also making a generous donation to help defer some of the overall cost.

This year, our club furnished school supplies for every student at South Fulton Elementary. We were able to do this from our annual fundraising and by partnering with The Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District of Kiwanis International Foundation and Fulton Walmart. The Foundation provided a generous grant which paid for a large portion of the supplies, and Walmart helped procure the supplies and made a donation to help offset the overall cost. We are proud to be able to help the students and their families to begin the school year prepared for success.

Club members enjoyed greeting students, parents and faculty while providing snacks at the recent Back to School Bash at South Fulton Elementary.

Our Annual Summer Kropping for Kids event is in the books. Another successful venture with over 60 scrapbookers coming together to have a weekend of crafty fellowship. A BIG thank you to all who participated, donated and volunteered to help bring it together.
