We are honored and grateful to receive support from Momentum Conservation for the second year in a row! Thank you Momentum Conservation for helping us meet our mission to bring homes working families and seniors can afford to Arundel, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport!

Momentum Conservation is thrilled to announce the 40 recipients of our $415,000 award to Maine land trusts. In the applications for this program, Community Grant Reviewers and Momentum Staff read about amazing work across the state including land trusts committing to accessibility on land and in programming, centering equity in organizational culture and partnerships, prioritizing community outreach, investing in staff development, finding creative solutions to ecological challenges, and so much more. At Momentum Conservation we see so much leadership, growth, strength, and positive change in the land trust community and we will continue to support this community as a funder and partner in this work. The Impact Fair is open to all, and celebrates service, volunteerism, and the many ways people can give back. We're proud of the beautiful homes being built at Landon Woods by one of our 2026 Platinum sponsors, Patco Construction and are not at all surprised that they have been doing all types of good work throughout York County! PATCO Construction partnered with the Bridgton Food Pantry to build a permanent new facility that will help serve local families with greater dignity, efficiency, and community support for years to come.
