We're so happy to announce that all profits from your purchases and donations during the month of June will be split by A Place to Start, Blue Ocean Society and Krempels Brain Injury Center.

A Place to Start provides support for family caregivers and their loved ones living with Alzheimer’s. The Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation’s mission is to protect marine life in the Gulf of Maine through research, education, and inspiring action. Kremples Brain Injury Center offers in person and online post-rehab community-based programming to survivors of acquired brain injury.

💛 Nonprofits Helping Nonprofits This June 💛

We’re kicking off the month with exciting news—we’ve been selected as one of June’s featured nonprofits at The Fabulous Find in Kittery!

Throughout the month, proceeds from this incredible upscale resale boutique will be shared among three local nonprofits, helping organizations like ours continue serving our community. It’s a wonderful example of nonprofits helping nonprofits.

You can support this effort by shopping their curated collection of name-brand treasures or by donating gently loved items to the store. Every donation and every purchase helps create a greater impact.

We recently took a road trip to Kittery for a tour of the boutique, and we were inspired by the passion, purpose, and community spirit behind their mission.

Whether you are supporting a parent, spouse, friend, or neighbor who is living with Alzheimer’s — the care you give matters more than words can express. In the quiet moments, the hard days, and the small victories, you are making a difference.

This beautiful resale boutique located in Kittery is filled with upscale, name-brand pieces—truly something for everyone—and all proceeds from the month of June will be shared among three local nonprofits (including us!💙)

We even took a little road trip to Kittery for a behind-the-scenes tour with Karen and Donna (and Casco too🐾)….believe us when we say….this place is special. From the thoughtfully curated items to the heart behind their mission, it’s nonprofits helping nonprofits in the best way.

Yesterday’s workshop with our incredible partner, .raychard, was a powerful reminder that meaningful engagement is always possible—no matter where someone is on their journey.

Together, we explored ways to thoughtfully adapt activities, meeting our loved ones where they are and creating that “just-right” level of challenge. When an activity feels achievable, it opens the door to confidence, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose. 💛

It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what works, in a way that helps each person feel successful.

We’re so grateful to Susan for sharing her knowledge and heart with our community.
