We’re halfway there! 🎒☀️

The Community Gourmet’s Summer Backpack Program provides 95 food packages every week to local students experiencing food insecurity.

We’re working hard to ensure children have access to nutritious food throughout the summer, but we still need to raise $2,500 to complete the program.

Every dollar makes a difference and helps put food into the hands of a child who needs it.

We are going to be at our office at 6 Brown Street, Kennebunk today (Memorial Day) making Backpack packages until noon.

COSTCO and BJ friends…
This is half a week’s worth of shopping just for the backpack program.
We could use some help.
If you shop at COSTCO or BJs, any of the following items would be helpful and all are under $17.

COSTCO:
Milk: Kirkside organic individual milks, 18 count, Just outside of the dairy cooler

Both stores:
Juice boxes: 100% fruit juice
Snacks: any snack without peanuts and tree nuts
Chef Boyardee small cups assorted
Macaroni and cheese cups
Ramen noodles, cups and packets
Pop Tarts
Breakfast bars
Granola bars without peanuts or tree nuts

This would be very helpful.
